2590329 - Visits are not Getting Synchronized Into Outlook of the Attendee Involved Party

Symptom

You Synchronized a Visit, however, the Visit does not display for the role "Attendee".

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer 1711/04

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Visit in C4C.
  2. Add two roles for this Visit: Organizer and Attendee.
  3. Synchronize this Visit to Outlook.
  4. The visit will not display for the user with role Attendee only for the outlook Organizer.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior. The Owner of the Visit needs to send update to the Attendees Manually from his Outlook
