During the "Add Learning History with Finance" process, it is desired to have the user "Cost Center Account Codes / Payment Method" automatically filled out in the "Step 6".

Reproducing the Issue
In the Learning admin side, click:
- Manage User Learning > Add Learning History with Finance > Select the desired event type >
- Advance through the process until the "Step 6" >
- The "Cost Center Account Codes / Payment Method" box is not automatically filled out, even after selecting the desired user.
The prepopulation of the values is not available. The system is working as designed.
To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
