2590360 - Lot of .lgx files with GUIDs in their name.

Symptom

There are over 1000 script logic logs for one model in the system. It takes a long time for the transport to complete. The transport tool lists all the .lgx files. The program 'UJF_FILE_SERVICE_CLEAN_LOGS' deletes only the script logic logs under the folder '/root/webfolders/<environment id>/<model id>/privatepublications/<user id>/<timestamp id>'. The logs with the suffix '.lgx' under the folder '/root/webfolders/<environment id>/adminapp/<model id>' are not deleted.
