2590484 - Print Queues can not be edited

You have many queued documents in a printer queue and you want to delete them by first clicking on edit but the system triggers a dump.

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Open the Print Queues view.

Due to the high amount of queued documents the system triggers a dump.

Open an case and adress it to the SAP Client Infrastructure team. Please provide us until which date you wish us to remove the queued documents. All the documents up to that date will be removed from all print queues. The solution cannot be restricted to a specific print queue.

After Cloud Support removes the queued documents as requested it's highly recommended to set up the Output Scenario to Save to File to prevent this in the future.
