2590739 - Integration issue : "The requested operation is not available" when navigating from BizX to Learning

Symptom

When navigating from BizX to Learning, the following error is displayed:

Cause

Incorrect URLs have been specified in Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Services Settings.

Incorrect URL has been specified in the "BIZX" configuration area > "baseURL" and "metadataProviders.IDP1.value" fields in Learning Administration.

Resolution

Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Services Settings:

Admin Center > Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings >
Find and correct the incorrect Learning URLs >
Example of expected values: Assertion Consumer Service > https://domain.lms.hr.cloud.sap/learning/saml/SSO | Logout Url > https://domain.lms.hr.cloud.sap/learning/saml/SingleLogout >
Test the navigation again.

"BIZX" configuration area:

Please, open a case with SAP Support ("LOD-SF-LMS-INT" component) to check the "baseURL" and "metadataProviders.IDP1.value" fields in the Learning Administration area of the impacted system.
These settings need to have the correct values, wihtout any special characters and spaces.
It's also possible that the "IDP1" entry has the wrong format > "metadataProviders[IDP1].value=" instead of "metadataProviders.IDP1.value=".
