2590760 - Application error when trying to visualize a pending termination workflow

When you are trying to open a termination workflow to approve or to check the data you get the following application error:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

AS ADMIN:

1. Go to Manage Workflow Requests;
2. Select the workflow;
3. Try to open it to view the workflow;
4. Get the application error;

AS THE APPROVER:

1. In the home page click in the pending requests tile;
2. Click on the workflow to open it;
3. Get the application error;

This employee has one or more time accounts where the Account Valid From date is after the Account Valid Until date

The end date (Account Valid Until) must have date always after the start date (Account Valid From), if for some reason this is not correct you'll get the application error either when trying to see the workflow, or in case you don have workflows, you'll get this error at the moment you select the date of termination.

1. Go to Manage Data
2. Select Time Account;
3. Check each time account that the employee being terminated has;
4. You'll find at least one time account where the end date is before the start date;

5. Change the end date (Account Valid Until) to a date after the start date (Account Valid From) - In this example it could be 12/22/2016;
