Symptom

  • You are using Oracle database with SAP eSourcing/SAP CLM.
  • BR*Tools executions finish with errors or warnings.
  • In the log file for the brtools execution, you can see messages similiar to the following:
BR1304E Checking SAP license failed at location BrLicCheck-110
BR0602E No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP
BR0804I BRCONNECT terminated with errors

or

BR1304W Checking SAP license failed at location BrLicCheck-110
BR0602W No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP
BR0803I BRCONNECT completed successfully with warnings
