2590838 - HR-RU: Creation of IT0021 entries by copying an already existing entry

Symptom

You create a new entry in IT 0021 (Family Member/Dependents) by copying an already existing entry.

System delimits already existing entry by the date of beginning the second entry.

Every new IT 0021 infotype entry that is created by copying an already existing entry by default has the same object identification value (P0021-OBJPS), as already existing entry has.

You expect that new entry will be created and already existing entry will not be delimited.
