2590867 - The collector job "SM_CCLM:QUAL_sid_instno" does not appear when activated in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

In the Custom Code Management in Solman_Setup the Quality Activation is showing active:

  • The related job "SM_CCLM:QUAL_sid_instno" does not exist when checked in the Collector Status UI
  • The collector job "SM_CCLM:QUAL_sid_instno" does not exist in transaction SM37
  • The Custom Code Quality data is not available in the Custom Code Quality Cockpit in the SM_WORKCENTER
