- User has sufficient authorization to create change document (CRM_ORD_PR and/or SAP_ALL) but unable to create a document in this transaction type in CRM Web UI
- User cannot create or modify ChaRM documents in CRM Web UI
- User cannot click open an existing change document by clicking document link in Search Results using customer business role (e.g. ZSOLMANPRO)
- When creating a new change document, no transaction types are available
