1. Perform a very large Query or Upsert of Data
2. Access Either the SFAPI or ODATA Audit Logs depending on the API call made.
3. View the Response Payload section and find the following message:

This is a new feature indroduced in the b1711 release aimed to improve system stability.

The new Expected System behavior after b1711 is to display the above message if the Payload size is above 2MB.
