Symptom

  • When refreshing EPM reports, user gets the error: "The execution of report default report failed. Please contact your administrator"
  • The error log is the following:

  • In SLG1, user gets the error: ASE Error SQL5702.
  • The SM21 logs displayed the following errors:    

           [Adaptive Server
           alkfbpcqat_ABQ_00 DIA 000 300 ABABPC @SR\Qinformation@ BY0 > Enterprise]ASE is terminating this process.
           alkfbpcqat_ABQ_00 DIA 005 300 ABABPC @5C\Qvery high priority@ BY2 Database error 5702 at OPC
           alkfbpcqat_ABQ_00 DIA 005 300 ABABPC @SR\Qinformation@ BY0 > [ASE Error SQL5702][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver]
