2591116 - How to Display Repeated Text for List of Report

In some business case, you need to display duplicate fields of the report to repeat every instance of characteristic value in a row or a volume. By defult, system will summarize the same characters.

For instance, you want employee name to show in each line of expense item in report Expense Report.

1. Go to Travel and Expenses work center and access List view.

2. Choose the Expense Report and Open .

System does not display the employee name for each line of expense item for the same expense report.

System shows only one line for repeated content in report by default.

Please refer to the capture as below.

You can go to Show Settings - Table, to check Display Repeated Texts and save.

It will apply to the report that no matter if contents are the same or not, it will display them all.
