2591224 - How to prevent IQ auto shutdown after optional licenses grace period expired - SAP IQ 

After the end of the grace period for optional licenses, IQ shuts itself down.

• In IQMSG, a warning is printed when the option feature is the first time used.
  The optional license is checked out, here the IQ_LOB. At the grace period expiration IQ_LOB will be disabled.

• This is confirmed in stderr, we can see the server was shutdown due to IQ_LOB license expired.
