How to make Pay Components or Event Reasons Country-Specific?

These are the steps for making Pay Components Country-Specific. The same steps can be followed for Event Reasons as well.

1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Configure Object Definitions.
2. Search for Object Definition of Country.
3. Take Action -> Make Correction.
4. Create an association as shown below:
   
5. Save the change.
6. Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Data.
7. Search for Country -> Select a country according to your business need.
8. Take Action -> Make Correction.
9. Add the Pay Component as per your requirement. Please make sure that the Pay Component has a start date same or before the Country's start date.
   
10. Save the change. Now the added Pay Component will be available only for the employees who belong to this Country.
