How to make Pay Components or Event Reasons Country-Specific?

Resolution
For customers operating in multiple countries that have several legal entities in one country or customers that have a high number of country/region-specific pay components, country/region-specific picklists for pay components filter the relevant values for admins and managers on all screens with a pay component field.Click Here - Setting Up Country/Region-Specific Picklists for Pay Components
These are the steps for making Pay Components Country-Specific. The same steps can be followed for Event Reasons as well.

Navigate to Admin Center -> Configure Object Definitions.
- Search for Object Definition of Country.
- Take Action -> Make Correction.
- Create an association as shown below:
- Save the change.
- Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Data.
- Search for Country -> Select a country according to your business need.
- Take Action -> Make Correction.
- Add the Pay Component as per your requirement. Please make sure that the Pay Component has a start date same or before the Country's start date.
- Save the change. Now the added Pay Component will be available only for the employees who belong to this Country.
