Reproducing the Issue

1.Go to Company Org Chart

2.Unable to Navigate or View Team Members

3. Permissions/Target Population set correctly which can be confirmed by successfully searching Team Members in the "Search Org Chart" see screen shot below:

Cause

Display options set incorrectly to "Matrix Reports Only" see screen shot below:

Resolution

Change Reporting Type to "All reports" to allow navigation see below:
