2591298 - Error of sick-list calculation in case of years substitution in 3273 IT

Symptom

When you calculate sick-list for an employee who has

  • years substitution in IT 3273
  • in one of the year the total FSS base is zero and all days are excluded

system doesn't take into account excluded days in IT 0293. The value of average for sick-list is understated.
