It is desired to change/edit the options from the "What is the priority?" field dropdown.

Cause
It is not possible to change/edit the options from the "What is the priority?" field dropdown. This is hard coded.
Resolution
Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
