2591554 - PY-GB: RTI Fatal error: "cvc-enumeration-valid: Value 'poll' is not facet-valid with respect to enumeration '[request]'

Symptom

Trying to submit an RTI report results in a Fatal Error with the below in the XML returned from HMRC's Government Gateway:

"cvc-enumeration-valid: Value 'poll' is not facet-valid with respect to enumeration '[request]'. It must be a value from the enumeration."
