2591560 - Task Creator not Receiving Email Notification when Tasks are Assigned

When creating a task, as a task creator you are expecting to get the initial email notification as well as the users assigned to this task.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Enter SAP Jam
2. On your left, click on Task
3. Add a task

When creating a task, the task creator will not get that initial email notification, however any other user, who has been assigned to that task, will get the notification only if they have logged to the Jam environment at least once.

You need to make sure that the user assigned to this task has logged at least once to the Jam environment, otherwise it will not get the email notification.
