2591638 - KSII scroll bar not showing when using WebGUI

Symptom

When transaction KSII is run in WebGUI with the SAP Belize theme, resizing the window so that only the header is visible causes the results list to be hidden. The same behavior is observed in SAP GUI 750. With the SAP Blue Crystal theme, the results list is initially displayed but becomes hidden when the page is resized.
