Users are receiving SAP JAM alerts about search results for tracked terms that are not related to their tracked items.

It is expected behavior that tracked terms return results containing similar text.

Contents will be counted when they match at least one term (they do not have to match all the letters of terms).

For example: If the tacked term is "SuccessFactors", the users should receive an e-mail notification for posts related to "Success" or "Factors".
