Symptom

After completing a SCORM 2004 course, you close the course window and get this error:

Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Sorry, but you have been exited from the item as a result of the content you just took.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start the impacted course >
  2. After completing it, click the "Return to Content Structure" button >
  3. The error will happen.

Cause

SCORM 2004 3rd Edition content is being used.

Resolution

The Learning system does not support SCORM 2004 3rd Edition. Please ensure that one of the supported structured content types is utilized: AICC and SCORM Support for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
