While performing add new employee in the Personal information "Formal Name" is not visble. However it is visible in Personal information of the employee and have correct permission.

Cause
Formal name will not be visible in add new employee. This is expected behavior.
Resolution
Intent of the field is to do formatting according to the formatting rule is processed post save from First name/last name/middle name. So it wouldn't make sense to make this field visible during the hiring process at all. And refactor the code to fill this field onChange is out of reach. So in add new employee this field will not be visible to edit or make changes accoridngly as per the code.
