Symptom

  • In ATO apps like Custom Analytical Queries an error may be seen:

Not able to load the query name prefix or the package name.
Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) is not configured for the system

  • In the http trace, the following POST request failed:

    /sap/opu/odata/SAP/ANA_QUERY_DESIGNER/AdtSet

    And the error message is: "No default virus profile active or found. Please check the official guide."
