2592015 - Document cannot be cleaned up with FARR_IL_CLEANUP

After migrating a contract with FARRIC_OL_EXPERT, if user wants to clean up the data with FARR_IL_CLEANUP, errors are raised:

"Error while deleting change history of contract xxxx"
"Error while cleaning up initial data"
"Stop cleanup for accounting principle xxxx with comp. code xxxx, package"
"No data for this RA Item package is deleted"
