2592092 - How to Display a Key Figure in the Report in HTML5

You added a standard or custom key figure in the report, but you noticed that it is not showing up in the report view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Reports view.
2. Search for XYZ report.
3. Open the report.
4. Go to the last one tab  (engineering symbol).
5. Click on Add Further Fields symbol.
6. Go to Key Figure tab.
7. Select the fields which you want to see in the report.
8. Click on Ok button.
9. See that the key figure is not showing up in the report.

It is the system designed behavior. Even though you have added the key figure in the report, you need to display it in the report view.

To display the key figure in report view, follow the steps below

1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Reports view.
2. Search for XYZ report.
3. Open the report.
4. Go to the last one tab  (engineering symbol).
5. Click on Add Further Fields symbol.
6. Go to Key Figure tab.
7. Select the fields which you want to see in the report.
8. Click on Ok button.
9. Go to Key Figures area and click on the reticence symbol (...).
10. Select Key Figure Settings.
11. Move the key figures that you need from Available tab to Selected tab.
12. Click on Ok button.
13. Save the report view, if needed.
