2592343 - Synchronization with BI Platform fails on Lumira Designer

Symptom

Synchronize a document with BI Platform on Lumira Designer client  fails. One of the following errors in the error logs is displayed:

  • com.sap.ip.bi.zen.connectivity.ConnectivityException: org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException: Unexpected response status: 500
  • com.sap.ip.bi.zen.connectivity.ConnectivityException: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to <host>:<port>  failed: Connection timed out: connect (local port <port> to address 0.0.0.0, remote port <port> to address <host>)
  • Caused by: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to <host>:<port>  failed: Connection refused: connect (local port <port> to address 0.0.0.0, remote port <port> to address <host>).
