2592388 - IFRS and OFRS cannot be started during the upgrade of IPS and DS

Symptom

  • Upgrade Information Platform Services(IPS) from 4.1 SP3 to 4.2 SP4, and SAP Data Services(DS) from 4.2 SP2 to 4.2 SP9.
  • After upgrade IPS, InputFileRepository Server(IFRS) and OutputFileRepository Server(OFRS) cannot be started, and in Stopped status.
