2592556 - Removing users from completed worksheets DRTM Tool - Compensation & Variable Pay

When attempting to purge inactive employee(s), a file is generated indicating that the employees are associated with compensation and/or variable pay forms.

1. Navigate to "Data Retention Management" from Admin Center> Company Settings
2. Select Create New Purge Request
3. Select Purge Inactive User
4. Add the user(s) which you would like to purge
5. Define selections under "Exclude users that meet the following criteria"
6. Define approver
7. Schedule or Launch Immediately
8. User is not purged with message as below:

Employee's can not be purged if they are associated to either one of the following:

• Associated to previously deleted Compensation/Variable pay worksheets.
• Employee's are currently on either active or completed worksheets.

Before purging the employee, a DRTM Compensation/Variable Pay purge must be completed. This process removes the employee from worksheets and deletes the related statements. In some cases, users may belong to deleted forms, which can make them difficult to identify. If this occurs, the recommended approach is to run the Purge Compensation/Variable Pay Data job to purge all deleted forms.

We recommend purging only deleted forms. If the user belongs to an active form, you must first remove the user from the form and also remove the budget associated with that user. You must know which template the user is included in, otherwise you will need to create a rule for every template in the system. You must also know the owner of the form in which the employee is included (for example, the first manager, second manager, or rollup manager).
