2592645 - Recurring reports are disabled

• Recurring report job not running.
• In Reports > Report JOBS > Status show "Disabled".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as an admin user.
2. Navigate to Reports > Report Jobs
   or If for another admin > Under "Owner name" select "other" and search for the admin > Report Jobs
3. Note that the report jobs status is disabled

If the admin did not disable the report job it is possible that the admin account was locked.

Locking an admin account will disable all the scheduled reports and the background jobs (for example connectors, APM) scheduled from this admin account.

To verify if the admin account is locked:

1. Learning Administration > Security > Administrator
2. Ensure the radio button is set for "locked" or "both" if you are unsure of the current status
3. Search for the admin account
   
   

If the admin was locked but is still in activity, you can unlock the account by unchecking the locked box and click "Apply Changes".

Please note that this will NOT reactivate the report jobs, they will have to be reactivated manually in the Report Jobs > Edit schedule > check the box next to "Scheduled this Process"
