Symptom

SAP Replication Server (SRS) log shows the following errors when using bi-directional Multi-Site Availability (MSA):

ERROR 13040 DSI EXEC(433(1)DS.DB) - ul/cmapp.c(602)
    Failed to set a property in the connection structure for a connection handle. See Connector error message for more information.
ERROR 1028 DSI EXEC(433(1) DS.DB) - ul/cmapp.c(602)
    Message from server: Message: 10331, State 2, Severity 14 -- 'Permission denied, database master, owner dbo. You need the following permission(s) to run this command: SET PROXY.
