2592915 - Bank Account ID not Appearing When Creating a New Outgoing Bank Transfer

Symptom

You have set up a New Bank and created a My Bank XYZ however when you try to do a Bank Transfer, you cannot find the newly created data.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Go to Liquidity Management Work Center.
  2. Under Common Tasks, select New Outging Bank Transfer.
  3. Under Bank Transfer Data, open the Value Help of the Field Bank Account ID.

Here, you are not being able to see the new configured data.

Cause

You did not created/assigned Bank Accounts and Payment Format to the My Bank XYZ.

Resolution

To assign the Bank Accounts and the Payment Format, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Liquidity Management Work Center.
  2. Under Master Data, select My Bank Sub-View.
  3. Search for the My Bank XYZ.
  4. Open the My Bank XYZ.
  5. Click View All.
  6. Go to Bank Accounts and maintain the necessary data.
  7. Go to Payment Format and maintain the necessary data.

As soon as the Bank Account and Payment Format is maintained, you are able to find the Bank Account IDs under the value help of the Outgoing Bank Transfer.
