Symptom
- Default standard configuration of a CRM Web UI view (it can be a search view, or a document view) does not look as usual
- The configuration is marked both as "Standard" and "customer"
- Standard SAP transaction type was personalized/customized in SM_CRM
- CRM Web UI was customized to add/remove a field and cannot get back to standard using Activate Piece List in SOLMAN_SETUP
