Business role through Identity BO is not PSM released.
Business Requirement: To extract list of users with Business Role and other details like : User Name, Department, Email Address etc.

Please use the following Transformation Definitions in your development.
IDENTITY_BUSINESS_ROLES - to get the business roles assigned to an identity.
IDENTITY_USR_ROLES - to get the work center views assigned to an identity.
At present, there is no way all these information can be created and extracted as a report. The content is spread across several BOs of C4C and no unifying data source or other kind of infrastructure available already consolidating them together. This is a new requirement.
