2593215 - Alternate Employee ID Field not Present in the Personnel Administration Data Migration Template

Symptom

You have a requirement to add Alternate Employee ID data but the field is not present in the Personnel Administration Data Migration Template.

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Business Configuration work center
Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
Search and open the migration activity Migration of Employee Data
Click on Migrate Personnel Administration Data Using the Migration Tool
Download Migration Template

Cause

The Alternate Employee ID field under Employment (Work Agreement ) is available in the Basic Employee Data Migration template.

Resolution

Go to Business Configuration work center
Select Implementation Projects view or Overview.
Search and open the migration activity Migration of Employee Data
Click on Migrate basic data using the migration tool
Download Migration Template
Open template and go to Personal Data tab. ( Ensure no columns are hidden)
In Personal Identification category, enter ID Card Type and ID Card Number. ID Card Type will be HCM024 which is the code for Alternate Employee ID. Enter Alternate Employee Number in ID Card Number column
