2593402 - Long Material Number functionality lost after upgrade

Symptom

  • The system does not allow a Material Number (MATNR) longer than 18 digits.
  • Long Material Number functionality is not working.
  • UI elements relevant for material numbers are not enlarged nor set scrollable.
  • MPN functionality is affected, as it also requires the ability to maintain material numbers 19+ in length.
