2593471 - Launch HTML5 Button is Missing in RUI Layout

The 'Launch HTML5' Button is missing in Responsive UI.

Cloud For Customer 1802, Responsive UI.

1. Log into the Responsive UI.
2. Click on the username in the top right corner.
3. Notice that the Launch HTML5 Button is missing.

This is caused by the Company Setting Disable User Personalization Features.

1. Log into the HTML5 UI as a Key User. (https://myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/sap/public/ap/ui/runtime?client_type=html)
2. Click on Adapt.
3. Click on Company Settings.
4. Uncheck the Disable User Personalization Features.

Launch HTML5, Button, missing, disappeared , KBA , AP-RC-MOB-UIF , Responsive UI , Problem
