2593531 - Email Notification when Importing Inactive Users Shows Zero Updated Records

When you change the user(s) status from active to inactive in the UDF then import that file into SFSF you receive an email notification showing zero users imported/updated.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Change the user(s) status(es) from active to inactive in the UDF - User Data File
2. Import the UDF file via Basic Import
3. You receive a notification stating that zero users were imported/updated

This is an expected behavior since SFSF only processes as new in the system the changes made from importing from inactive to active status. You will receive an email notification stating the number of users that were updated/imported only when you change the status from inactive to active.
