When opening a Control using a standard hierarchy report (Organization and Process Structure, Risk Coverage with Ratings by Organization or Evaluation Results by Organization for example) its not possible to make changes.
Buttons like "Create", "Assign" and "Copy" are all disabled. This also happens with other entities (Organization and subprocess for example).
