2593684 - FFID Review workflow: Path and Stage status is UNKNOWN, requests stuck without reaching the path and stage

Symptom

FFID Review workflow request is generated successfully, however when you open the Audit log information you see that the request is stuck without reaching the first path and stage.

Also when you check Instance Status, you see that Path and Stage status is UNKNOWN.
