Symptom

  •  A job using a shared UNC path will connect successfully during Execution.
  • Mapping the shared UNC path to a network drive on the job server will cause the job to fail with error.
    Error "File or directory can not be found, check user permmissions"
  • Job server user and Data Services user have full rights to the Network drive.
  • Can a shared directory be mapped to a Network Drive?
