2593712 - Could not load file or assembly sapnco

Symptom

When you start any Business Explorer tools, like BEx Analyzer, Web Application Desginer and Query Desginer, it crashes before the Login window appears

If you look closely (and inside the BEx Trace file) you will see a message error like this (version could be change, PublicKeyToken is unique):

Could not load file or assembly 'sapnco, Version=3.0.0.xx, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436dca5c7f7d23'
