How to let the Learning admin only able to see the users' assigned items?

To have the Learning admin only able to see the users' assigned items, when accessing the user record, is necessary to either:

• Remove the "Edit Item Assigned to User (domain restricted by User)", "Edit Item Assigned to User (domain restricted by Item)" and "Unassign Item From User" permissions from its role.

Or:

• Restrict the "Edit Item Assigned to User (domain restricted by User)", "Edit Item Assigned to User (domain restricted by Item)" and "Unassign Item From User" permissions with domain restrictions. Make sure to have the "View Item Assigned To User" permission added to the Learning admin role. Without it, it will not be possible to see the users' assigned items. Note that the Learning admin will only be able to edit the users' assigned items that are under the same domain of the domain restriction.
