Symptom

  • Unable to create Person/Organization/Group in transaction BP as the button “person”/”organization”/”group” is greyed out.
  • Run transaction BP, in Extras -> Settings -> Authorization overview tab, the flag of “person”/”organization”/”group” is not set and cannot be set here.
