2593860 - Multiple Purchase Requests are Created Through Release Purchase Proposal Runs

Multiple Purchase Requests are Created for Product KLM through Release Purchase Proposal Runs at the same time interval.*KLM refers to Product Id*DEF refers to Planning Area id*XY, RS, PQ refers to Purchase Proposals

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Planning Work Center.
2. Navigate to Products View.
3. Search for Product KLM, Planning area DEF
4. Select Open

We observe multiple purchase requests XY, RS, PQ created for Product KLM ,Planning Area DEF at same time interval.

For more details on how purchase proposals are created you can go to product planning details and then select the proposal and open
material flow to see for which demand proposal is created.

MRP run doesn't club all demands and create only one proposal.

This is the expected behaviour. In order to check the assignments of Purchase Proposals we can follow the below steps.

1. Go to Supply Planning Work Center.
2. Navigate to Products View.
3. Search for Product KLM, Planning area DEF
4. Select Open
5. Navigate to Supply and Demand tab
6. Select Purchase request and select Open Material Flow tab to understand the picture.
