2594065 - Custom Fiori Client becomes unresponsive with the screen grayed during authentication using SAML2


During the testing phase an error is encountered when accessing the Fiori Launchpad using name & password combination with SAML2 login.
The custom client starts the login phase but while trying to retrieve data from the backend the client hangs.
App displays three dots and the rest of the screen is grayed out.

The same scenario works flawlessly on the standard Fiori Client.
