Symptom
You are modifying any entry for any user in Manage Users then after clicking on save you face an application error message.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Users
- Look for any user
- Modify any entry
- click on Save
- You will face the application error window

Resolution
You need to refresh the RBP permissions in provisioning and clear the MDF cache in Provisioning. After, try to modify the entries in Manage Users.
Note:
If you do not have access to provisioning, kindly ask to your Partner/Consultant team or create a ticket to SAP SFSF Support Team referring this KBA note to proceed accordingly.
