• Trying to decouple a transport request in a normal change, but receive error "Transport request XXX is being or has been released. It cannot be decoupled." in the Application Log
• Transport remains in the Transport Management Assignment Block in the status Modifiable when decoupling
• Action Decouple Transport Request in system XXX of type XXX has been cancelled
