• The file x.jpg is not in the supported list
• Cannot attach ".jpg" file even with attachment field configured to accept "jpg" file format (file-formats="jpg")

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to: Employee Profile
2. Edit some portlet with attachment field
3. Add a jpg file

1. Go to: Manage Business Configuration
2. Click: Employee Profile
3. Click: Background Elements
4. Click in the target Background Element
5. Click: Details of attachment field
6. File Formats add: jpeg
   
7. Save

In case you do not have "Manage Business Configuration" option, please contact the SuccessFactors Support requesting to add the file format "jpeg".
